We first approached Diamond Home Support Rochdale approx. 4 years ago. It was to help my elderly parents out that live in Rochdale with a regular weekly cleaning service. Within a week they appointed my parents with one of their cleaners. Julie came for a couple of hours every Thursday. As well as cleaning, Julie used to change their bedding every other visit and also used to help my mum with the laundry. Unfortunately after just over a year Julie has to stop working due to health reasons. Diamond Home Support replaced Julie with a lovely lady called Sarah. Sarah has been looking after my parents cleaning needs for the last 3 years. She is just as good as Julie was and my parents are more than happy with the service she provides. She is always punctual and is trusted with the keysafe code for the times my parents aren’t at home if they have a hospital appointment etc.

Really simple booking process and very happy with the service... Super friendly cleaner, great communication, and thorough cleaning. Plus, the willingness to nip by and see the house, prior to cleaning (something other firms haven't done before), meant that we could talk in person & show Mark, the cleaner we were assigned, specifically what we wanted. Would happily use again.

We just had a one off deep clean done from Diamond Home Support. Made initial contact via email and they were really helpful. Michael I think he was called. Then he arranged for Adam to come out and meet us and have a quick walk through of the house. Both these gents were highly professional and explained things to me well. They very quickly arranged for our deep clean and I was grateful because with the number of households they work for I was hoping we wouldn’t have a long wait. And we didn’t. Our cleaner was called Mark and he worked incredibly hard. He instantly made us feel comfortable with him and we were really pleased. I don’t want someone to clean for me and it feel like I could do it myself. I want someone who makes me walk in and think wow they’ve been amazing. Mark definitely delivered on this. So much so that we’ve asked for a regular fortnightly clean from him. As a full time working mum the house had got on top of me so much and it was making me feel less than happy at home. Mark instantly lifted that mood. My husband is notoriously difficult to impress and he hasn’t shut up about how great the house looks. We would definitely recommend

We've had the pleasure of using Diamond Home Support in Rochdale for nearly 4 years. They are professional, accommodating and reliable. Having used a number of local cleaners previously, and been disappointed with the service and attitude, it has been a delight to deal with Diamond Home Support - we have always found them to be friendly, respectable and trustworthy. We highly recommend them.
