They provide all the necessary information a cleaner needs before starting work in a new house and are always available to assist if any difficulties arise. We've been using Helpful Home for a couple of years now. We've used other companies before and been let down, but we've never been let down by Helpful Home. We get timeslots for arrival the day of the clean, the staff are all friendly and thorough, their work is excellent and they're very honest and upfront about their fees. They let us know holidays are coming and proactively try to rearrange around them if needed. It takes all the stress away.

After finding myself needing more help due to a degenerative illness. I plucked up the courage to call these ladies to ask for help. Don’t be afraid to ask, Nicki & Tess are amazing. They listened and understood. No questions and certainly no judgements. The job they did was second to none as well as organising all my cupboards to help me navigate my way around the kitchen.
