Had an absolute mare today when the fuse that runs my windscreen wipers decided to blow. I have a 200 mile drive and it’s throwing it down! We phoned around and F T Auto Repairs Lincoln invited me down after explaining the urgency of my situation. Fletch attended to us immediately. He was so lovely. High spirited and friendly. He really helped cheer my mood up after the stress of my car breaking, worried I wouldn’t be able to attend my commitment. The job took him about 5 minutes to replace the fuse and my wipers were working again. He was humble enough to offer the fix free of charge due to it only taking a few minutes to fix, not that I was going to accept it… Additionally, a shout out to Si who brought the rain down with his terrible singing. Refreshing to see a car garage that's honest, fair and not trying to do you out of a couple of quid. Had a part fitted, that turned out to be faulty, so had to be re-fitted. I was only charged labour the once, when they could of charged me again as it wasnt their fault. Good banter, friendly and explained things so I could understand 5/5

I went in for a new tyre, which was really affordable and the lady on the phone talking me through it was really reassuring. I've always been anxious going to garages alone but from the moment I pulled up, they were all so friendly here. I also mentioned some issues my partner is having with his car and they knew exactly what I was referring to straight away - very knowledgeable. I've found my new garage :)

Fantastic team, easy booking. My van had its first major service and its first MOT, team had instructions to do what ever was needed, it needed a tyre and wipers and they replaced like for like which is what I would want. Thanks guys.
