Unfortunately I broke down on a bank holiday Monday on the busy A47! The poor guys were so busy, but the first recovery guy turned up and had identified the problem within minutes. He had then arranged a recovery truck within another few minutes, he was kind and made sure I was okay to wait for the truck and he was on his way. The second recovery guy (I missed both their names!) was so lovely! Seeing how busy he was and had been to an awful recovery before me, he had a kind and cheerful attitude, and just made my crappy day a bit better! He was really good with my van, I felt confident that he was very knowledgeable and my van was in safe hands. It didn’t take long before I was on the truck and on my way. When arriving at my destination he very easily placed my van at home in a tricky cul-de-sac quickly so that the road was not blocked for long. They do amazing work and with a professional and cheery attitude. Thank you so much! Would recommend to all my friends and family.

Had a fully blown tyre near Sutton Bridge and insurance tasked the roadside recovery over to Tears. Tears Recovery came out with their tow truck within 2 hours of calling and got me & my car back home (Norwich). Extra cost only occurred due to my insurance plan but Tears Recovery has been absolutely wonderful with their communication whilst I’ve been waiting for them😇

Brilliant garage. My mum lives in Sutton Bridge (I'm in Hampshire). On a visit to her my car broke down. Tears came out to pick up my car (RAC was a 7 hour wait!) and took it to their workshop. Fixed it up so I could drive home. Thanks for all you did.
