I got recommended to take my car to Hi-Tech a few months ago when all other garages couldn't diagnose the fault on my Audi - not only was the fault quickly diagnosed, but the work then carried out and after service care was exemplary. I've since taken my car back for various other work, including remapping and couldn't be happier with the level of service received. I will now solely be using Hi-Tech for all my cars, and would recommend them to anyone.

Have used hi-tech Long Sutton. Explaining to Wayne (owner) what my issue was and what I required. He couldn't have been more helpful. It was a pleasant change to find somebody who is prepared to help. I really can't recommend Wayne and hi-tech enough. Go there before you go anywhere else.

I recently visited this mechanic garage for the first time, and I genuinely cannot say enough good things about the experience. Wayne and his daughter Lily run the garage with an incredible level of care, professionalism, and integrity that you just don’t find very often these days. Wayne is clearly a master of his craft. He took the time to go over every detail of the work that needed doing, explaining everything in a way that made complete sense, without ever being pushy or trying to upsell me on things I didn’t need. His honesty and transparency were incredibly refreshing. You can tell he takes real pride in what he does, and that he genuinely cares about doing right by people. Lily was equally fantastic—friendly, organized, and welcoming. She made sure everything was communicated clearly and kept me updated throughout the process. She’s got such a great way with people and is clearly an essential part of why this garage runs so smoothly. The attention to detail was second to none. My car came back running better than ever, and it was obvious that nothing had been overlooked. They even took the time to tidy up under the hood—something that wasn’t expected, but so appreciated. It’s the little things like that that show how much pride they take in their work. Above all, what sets this garage apart is their honesty. Wayne is the best of the best. As i am not someone who is informed about cars, he explained everything in detail and made the whole process a breeze! Very reliable and friendly. 10/10 would recommend.

I left work and was riding home on my 125cc scooter when suddenly I lost all power and the bike shut off, I was panicking as I was stuck with no battery left in my phone to contact anyone, when an older gentleman approach and said I quote (Take it to the garage around the corner, he'll get you going) so I wheeled my bike around the corner and see Wayne working on some motors, he came out and asked what was wrong so I explained. Within 15 mins he's got my bike going, he knew exactly what the problem was, he didn't want any money and was really happy that I was able to get home to my family. I know where I'll be going from now on. Wayne you're a true legend. Thank you so much.
