Luke and Baggers did a brilliant job completing some paving work we wanted doing extending the paving that had been put down by the developers of our new build. Luke managed to source the EXACT tiles (2.5 years later) that the developer used so that the tiles matched perfectly. Throughout organising & completing the job, the communication from Luke was incredibly timely, honest and clear. Everything was cleared away and cleaned after the work and we're both very happy with the result. Luke really puts the customer first, I will definitely use Luke & the team in the future and will highly recommend them to anyone considering getting their garden done.

We had these guys take on a full tidy up of our garden, tree removal, full clean, weed and re sand of patio, paths and large driveway. The gardens look fantastic now. Luke and Joe were both friendly and helpful and really grafted to get the job done within agreed time and without any cost surprises. Thoroughly recommended and I’ve also kept them on for regular garden maintenance. Top job! Nice fellas!!!

Luke and his team did a really great job of removing our old turf and builders rubble from beneath.They levelled the ground, installed new topsoil and turf complete with metal edging and a block work path. His prices are sensible ,they came when they said they would and completed the job . They cleaned up everything and I have no problem in recommending Luke to anyone who is looking for a reliable landscaper who cares about his customers

Week before Xmas, boiler wasn’t working. Found Dan online and he had it all fixed within 36 hours. The company I had used for years for servicing take longer than that to answer the phone. Will ask Dan if he wants to take over servicing once Xmas out of the way. RECOMMEND.

Dan and Al replaced our old failing boiler with a new Combi boiler. From the start, we had great communication from Dan. He is clearly knowledgeable, professional and has a calm nature. Just as well, as a lot of the work was in quite confined spaces, removing and modifying pipework. Great work, thoroughly recommended.

Dan did a brilliant job solving a plumbing problem in my house several years ago and I’ve been highly recommending him to other people ever since. This month he took on another challenging project and he again showed his first-rate skills and attention to detail - and I now have a beautiful new bathroom. My experience with star orthodontics has been really positive. I’ve had absolutely fantastic service and care throughout the whole treatment from Kostas and the team. I was wearing spark aligners for 18 months and towards the end of the treatment I had several re-scans to help with the finishing touches and I’m so happy with the final results. I would highly recommend.

Dr Kostas is a legitimate teeth artist. I was in treatment with Sparks for 2 years and am very happy with my final results. I went in trying to correct an underbite and I got a much wider, straighter, brighter smile. Rather than avoiding photos I now beam better than the rest 😊. I also live around 90 minutes from Alton and my new aligners were mailed to me to minimise my travel in to see Dr K. We kept in touch via the weekly app upload. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend star orthodontist to anyone. I started treatment when I was 41 so it’s never too late.

From start to finish Kostas has been absolutely brilliant in his care for our son’s teeth. Kostas has a very caring and gentle manner, so not only are his teeth now beautifully aligned, but he is also no longer nervous of going to the dentist. A big recommend from us.

The best dental clinic i have been to so far. Had some horrendous experiences with dentists in the past but these ladies and gents put you to ease straight away. Iv had 3 appointments so far in 2025 and have walked away each time feeling happy and better equipped with knowledge about dental care. Every single one of them has a great sense of humour, explain things in a very simple and easy to understand manner and provide very detailed instructions in how i can better care for my teeth. I think the post appointment emails from the Dentists are a great touch to remind you of the things you need to do to keep your teeth in a healthy condition. Yes it can be a bit pricey, but its worth every penny given the world class service you receive. I no longer fear going to the dentists and dare i say it...but Dr Farzad, Dr Rashid, Dr Samantha actually make dental care sound fun and not a chore! 😅 Always a pleasure talking to Lucie before and after appointments too! I stumbled across them by accident after i suffered an injury and needed urgent dental treatment, but im so pleased i did. For once, Google did not let me down!

I've been a member at Time Dental for a few years and cannot recommend it highly enough. The staff are lovely, considerate and friendly, always trying to make sure I have the best experience. I book my appointments 6 months in advance and always get text reminders to let me know so I don't miss them. Even though I'm moving further away from Time Dental, I won't be changing practise any time soon! 10/10 recommendation!

Job completed to standard I’m happy with by Cameron, despite some unforeseen issues with the old installation. His communication was great and he also went out of his way to investigate and advise on our general drainage situation in our new house. Very happy with the service provided.

From start to finish DCL have been excellent. Brilliant communications from Mia and Sarah in the office as they arranged a site visit by Des, sent quotes and arranged a date for the work to be done. Des investigated the problem and then explained the remedial work to me in clear terms. Their quote was competitive but having accepted it, they then re-thought the task and came back to me with a better price ! Cameron and Ian who carried out the repair were smart, polite, punctual, efficient and left everything clean and tidy. I can recommend them 100%.

DCL fitted a new soakaway, cleared moss from the roof, cleaned out gutters and installed new downpipes. The work was done efficiently and on time. The site was cleared when the work was finished. They explained clearly what was required and did a brilliant job with no fuss. I was completely satisfied with the work and can highly recommend them. I would not hesitate to use them again.

We contacted DCL on a Sunday morning, for help with our backed up drain. Their communication was polite and helpful, and they confirmed someone would be with us straight away. Neil was wonderfully helpful over the phone in a crisis. All power had gone in the house with no obvious reason on the fuseboard. Talked us though an idiots guide to reset and check each circuit. All sorted and Saturday afternoon has returned to calm. Thank you!

Wow what a great find. Neil responded to my query straightaway. Our Wi-fi hadn’t been connecting properly into our office and we thought it was the CAT 5 cabling. He was extremely thorough and checked everything and talked us through the problems we were experiencing, providing solutions along the way. He went over and above and took our extended away to completely reset it and dropped it back the same day. Can’t fault the service he provided so much so that he’s coming back to fix some lights in the garden. Would highly recommend using Neil for any electrical issues that you have. Great guy.

A leak in my utility room cut off the power in my home on a Saturday morning. I left many messages for emergency electricians only NH Lighting & Electrical returned my call. Even though they were not able to visit they walked me through the steps to get the power back up and all at no cost. Brilliant service, really helpful. Would highly recommend.

I would like to thank Nick and his team for the wonderful way they have treated me. I went in the clinic with very bad teeth the treatment was pain free and they had a lot of patience and worked on a pace to suit me.All off them are very friendly and reassuring.Nick has treated and saved the majority of the teeth. I have nothing but praise for Nick and the team at NB Dental. I started seeing Nick around 12 months ago when I developed a cavity that needed treatment. I explained that I was a nervous patient having had a traumatic experience at the dentist when I was younger. Nick took the time to explain everything to me, developing a full treatment plan and completing the cavity treatment. Since that initial visit and the confidence instilled in me through the care and professionalism of all the team, I have since had numerous treatments restoring my dental health to the best it can possibly be. I have genuinely enjoyed the care and quality of the treatments provided coupled with the friendly, caring nature of every member of staff at the surgery. I look forward to the team looking after me for many years to come.

I first used Watercress Dental for a broken wisdom tooth several years ago (don't eat pork scratchings 3 days before your honeymoon!), when Tom repaired it in time for a holiday and planned for a crown but life got in the way and the "temporary" repair was so good it lasted 3 years until recently, when I started getting hyper-sensitivity in the tooth, making it uncomfortable to eat and even breathing in cold air would set it off. My own fault... I lived with it for a couple of weeks hoping it would go away but now, again due to go away on a big holiday for 3 weeks, I didn't want it to get worse or impact it. I saw Marcello and after a few x-rays it was determined that the previous temporary repair had reached the end of the line and it was time for a full root canal. A week later I saw Fawad for the job but some complications with severe inflammation meant that the job had to be abandoned halfway and the tooth packed with medicine and temporarily refilled again and a week of ibuprofen needed to calm it down enough to finish the job. Yesterday (2 weeks later) the job was completed and I'm good to go on holiday, pain and sensitivity free. I'd heard nothing but horror stories about wisdom tooth root canal surgery but found completely the opposite with Fawad and the two dental nurses who assisted him. Even throughout the complications while in the chair he was super calm and surprisingly informative, answering my questions and telling me what he was doing, why, and the expected effects/problems it would solve, while checking in that I was alright throughout. I don't generally write reviews of healthcare professionals, but felt compelled to write this as a result of Fawad's patience, expertise and overall nature. I'm sure he would agree that the issue turned out to be much more complicated/long-winded/invasive than initially expected once inside the tooth and yet I left after nearly 2 hours in the chair each time with no pain after the anaesthetic wore off and on both occasions I went from his chair back to my office chair and cracked on with my day as normal.

Professional and thorough treatment received during my recent hygienist appointment. Grateful to receive advice regarding improving and maintaining dental health. Only negative comment would be that I noticed the hygienist assistant didn’t wash her hands before putting gloves on but hopefully this was a ‘one off’ occurrence.
