I highly recommend Gary he is very professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy. His work was of a very high standard, he fitted a new boiler and maserater and boxed in the boiler. He was always quick to respond and punctual and came within the hour to my initial call for help when water came through my kitchen ceiling. Don’t look anywhere else for a plumber!

We had a major leak and rang Apex to help with tracing & fixing the leak, due to very good Google reviews. Gary was responsive, clear on charges, methodical & committed to isolating/finding & fixing a tricky leak working from 5-9pm on the day of my call & returning Saturday 10-5 with support to fix it. Wholeheartedly recommend - he saved us from deep ‘5h17’, while he was busy with other work.

PLEASE READ I very rarely leave a reviews, however Gary of Apex Plumber is most deserving of one. Responsed quickly (I tried quite a few with no call back) he was extremely busy but managed to fit us in, diagnosed issue, slow leak from shower ( Wrongly fitted part by another plumber) Gary managed to temporarily fixed issue, so we can use shower over Christmas. Definitely one to use again for all future plumbing needs and would certainly recommend him to friends and family Thank you Gary Ann

We needed a plumber at short notice before Christmas as we were without hot water, with a 2 year old it was super important we could find a resolution quickly. We found Gary, who was able to get to us on the same day, and although couldn’t fix the issue same day was able to order the parts we needed to fix the issue within 48 hours. Gary was knowledgeable, friendly but most importantly trustworthy and was able to advise us on our system. We will be using Gary again in the new year for other services and would highly recommend him to anyone requiring plumbing services.

I just wanted to take a moment to highly recommend Emma and thank the entire team at Holistic Dental Centre. I recently completed my Invisalign treatment, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. Emma always took the time to explain each step of the treatment and answer any questions I had. Every member of staff who I dealt with always made sure to go above and beyond to accommodate. The Invisalign aligners were easy to use, and the progress has left me with a massive smile. Literally. The results speak for themselves and I couldn’t be happier. Massive thank you again.

I attended an appointment to have my teeth professionally cleaned. The appointment was scheduled by telephone , and started right on time. The dentist was calm, professional and talked through all actions using a water spray gun from with in my mouth , removed years of debris from in side my mouth both upper and lower jaws. My mouth knew that it had been worked on but in a good way. It made me keen to improve my teeth brushing techniques using an electric tooth brush rather than relying on an ordinary tooth brush. One does pay for this quality of dentistry but what price healthy teeth? I am retired.

Dan and Al replaced our old failing boiler with a new Combi boiler. From the start, we had great communication from Dan. He is clearly knowledgeable, professional and has a calm nature. Just as well, as a lot of the work was in quite confined spaces, removing and modifying pipework. Great work, thoroughly recommended.

Dan did a brilliant job solving a plumbing problem in my house several years ago and I’ve been highly recommending him to other people ever since. This month he took on another challenging project and he again showed his first-rate skills and attention to detail - and I now have a beautiful new bathroom. Can't recommend Dan highly enough. We had a fault that meant we had no heating or hot water. I contacted Dan late that day and he responded within an hour to say he would drop by next day. He arrived next day, diagnosed the fault, went to get the part, came back same day and then fitted the new part. Everything back to normal in just over 24 hours. Can't ask any more than that. We needed someone to change a number of radiators on 2 floors of our house and we learned of Harry following a recommendation from a neighbour. Our job was quite involved with each installation requiring chasing out of concrete floors on the ground floor and chasing the walls and reinforcing walls upstairs to hold our very heavy new column radiators that were replacing very old tired radiators from the eighties along with the existing bodged pipe work left by the previous owners of the property. We were worried that we might have a problem getting Harry out to help us in time, but he came through and did an amazing job! Harry is an exceptionally hard worker with a massive amount of knowledge and a great eye for detail and we knew from the off from initially talking with Harry that he was going to deliver a top quality job and we were making the right decision by getting Harry on board and he certainly didn’t disappoint! Harry worked on the job for a few days, arriving on time and leaving the work areas clean and completely clear of any debris each day. Where we once had awful looking bodged radiators with lots of unecessary pipe work sticking out everywhere, we now have beautiful sleek modern radiators that have been professionally installed by a really great bloke that not only knows his craft really well but takes a serious pride in the work that he delivers. It goes without saying that we will continue to use Harry for all of our plumbing requirements and are already in talks with him about renovating our downstairs cloakroom next. I therefore highly recommend Harry for all your plumbing needs.

Professional and thorough treatment received during my recent hygienist appointment. Grateful to receive advice regarding improving and maintaining dental health. Only negative comment would be that I noticed the hygienist assistant didn’t wash her hands before putting gloves on but hopefully this was a ‘one off’ occurrence.

My whole experience at Alton Dental has been exemplary. I have received excellent attention from Dr Nikul Patel and his nurse, Alisha. I am so pleased with the work he has done and his assiduity to the smallest detail has been greatly appreciated. Such a friendly, dedicated team. Outstanding service. I was initially scoping out a dental implant, however this was unfeasible for various reasons. Dr Nikul Patel came up with an alternative and more cost effective option - a resin retained bridge. Notwithstanding some technical challenges, the bridge has so far been excellent; it is comfortable and I hardly notice it. The process was incredibly rigorous and flexible throughout - I was provided with a comprehensive overview of the treatment options and clear timetable of appointments over several weeks. Finance was quick and easy to arrange. Nik is also unfailingly polite, has an excellent dry sense of humour, and with an ability to convey often highly technical issues into plain English. I am also very grateful to Bethan and Roberta for their professionalism and support. Highly recommend.
