If you are looking for someone that is passionate about their job, who is not only professional, but an outright perfectionist then Darren is your man. I can't recommend him and his team enough. They have helped rewire my new bathroom and have just finished off my new kitchen as well. Don't hesitate to call this lot if you're thinking of having some electrical work done you won't regret it. They have done an amazing job. I will definitely be using them again for future projects.

Could not have asked for a better service and wonderful team. The best of the best! We used O’briens for a full high spec re wire for our Reno, would recommend to anyone honestly the highest quality service all round. Completely Levelled up our home. Darren and the boys are super professional, so lovely and most importantly trust worthy with great communication. Thank you so much.

I Highly recommend O’Briens electrical. They gave a First Class service and great attention to detail. Efficient work technicians who completed a lovely tidy job. There were no unsightly cables, they were hidden. Very knowledgeable, friendly and experienced. I wouldn’t use anyone else.

Lovely place, very quiet and great music choices, and the food was delicious! We had a burrata salad as a starter and salmon calzone and vegetarian tagliatelle as mains. The chef accommodated our dietary requirements and was super friendly. If you're around Eltham definitely check this place out, you won't regret it.

This was our first visit to this restaurant, and we were impressed. The food was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of choices, including a tempting specials menu. We found the prices to be very reasonable, offering great value for the quality. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Although the restaurant was surprisingly quiet for a Saturday evening, I would strongly encourage anyone who enjoys authentic Italian cuisine to give this place a try. The exterior decor might not be the most inviting, but don’t let that deter you from experiencing the fantastic food and warm atmosphere inside.

Amazing pizza. The dough is light and it has risen properly. The toppings are really good. The price is competitive. Also tasted the small parmigiana and was delicious. I love that the menu is not too big and give just the right amount of options. Next time I have to try the pasta :)

We used Peter's services twice after entering into proceedings to purchase our first home - once to do an electrical installation condition report (EICR) prior to purchase, and after purchase to fix the issues he had flagged. Throughout our email correspondence Peter was always very professional and helpful, and we were able to schedule the work at very short notice, which was great! Prices were reasonable as well. For the 2nd part of the work my partner actually met Peter in person, and she told me he was a delight, very friendly with a great sense of humour and absolutely knew what he was doing. We know that if we have any electrical issues again that we'd go straight back to him. Definitely recommended if you're looking for a skilled electrician!

Peter is extremely deserving of his five star rating. He has just fixed a long standing problem with my sitting room lights and with the dark winter nights approaching, I could not be happier. Jonathan re-plastered a spare bedroom, installed a new ceiling, removed an air brick, and made good with new coving. Has also installed external security lights and an alarm system. He is very quick on providing the quote, understood the work that was needed, and finished the work on time to a high standard. Highly recommended!

A great restaurant with a pleasent atmosphere and great service and food. It has all types of food from breakfast to brunch to dinner. It does close at 16:00 so if you want to get dinner at dinner time then you’re out of luck. But still great food, great service. Brillant

Great local place with a solid menu, friendly service, and very reasonable prices. I popped in alone on my way to visit Eltham Palace, not really knowing the area at all, and it did the job. I imagine if you had kids or perhaps an elderly relative in tow, it would provide an unintimidating and easy breakfast/lunch option compared to hipster places. Highly recommend a traditional fry-up!

My girlfriend and I regularly enjoy a late breakfast here on Saturdays. The cafe offers excellent value for money, with satisfying portions along with a tea, and the staff are consistently friendly. Highly recommended!

Me and my friends arrived 2 hours before closing, and they were still happy to accommodate. All seats were taken in the front, but staff allowed us to use the seats in the back. Fabulous service from all staff members. Very friendly, and offered to take a photo for us. Fast service with food made perfectly. Would definitely recommend to others, and will definitely be returning again. My friend wants to mention the hollandaise sauce, "it was incredible. Buttery, yet lemony, yet light." She also says, "My tea was really nice. I liked the flowers on the ceiling, and I was really warm even though I was outside."

First time at the Fabulous Tea Room. Afternoon tea - lovely light fluffy scones (cream and jam served in tiny tea cups), soft sandwich fingers and homemade cakes with a massive vintage pot of tea. Son able to find food he liked settling for a sausage sandwich, lemon and sugar pancakes and a plain scone. All polished off 😋 and good value for money.

TRULY FABULOUS - I attended a private function here and it was a Perfect afternoon. The moment I walked in I was greeted so kindly by all the staff, all making me feel welcome and at ease. I only knew some of the people at the event so it was really nice how attentive they are and making me feel nothing I asked was too much trouble. I had some delicious food but the winner for me was the strawberry and cream scone, absolutely scrumptious! They even kindly made my friend a gluten free sandwich going above and beyond to make me and all the guest comfortable and treated with tasty food and coffee. A big thank you for making a special day the best it could be.

Had a wonderful meal with my family on a cold January Sunday. Was superb. Having recently moved to the area, we were in search of a decent, traditional and friendly Italian - and we've found it! 😍 Both waitress and 'Chef' were very friendly and engaged with us super quickly, finding us (the last) table on a busy Monday night and taking our order promptly. We ordered a fair bit for two of us, so Chef even came to check we were OK, instead of just serving, which I really rate. Food was absolutely delicious, well presented and the portion sizes were great, especially for the fair pricing. We were absolutely stuffed by the end of it, but we had a much needed, authentic Italian meal. We shall definitely return to try more of the menu. Thanks again, Azzurro 🫶🏻

Update.....back open and serving great delicious foods again 😁. Delightful, flavorful and plentiful dishes! All at reasonable prices. My family have dined at the restaurant many times and in the current climate I order a collection to try to support this local restaurant. All dishes were perfectly cooked, packed and piping hot. Would definitely recommend all the dishes we had but the one that i really enjoyed was the Meatball appetizer, really good tangy tomato sauce to compliment 3 perfect meatballs. Calzone mains were massive and i struggled to finish mine, outstanding for only £10.50!! I can't really comment on the staff as only the chef/owner was there but he's polite, professional and attentive. Hopefully this restaurant will be back open fully on the 4th of July so please come out and show your support! Parking is limited and can be tricky.
