Staff may be friendly, but £10 for a coffee and hot chocolate!! I guess welcome rail station prices!!! Nice though 👌

Always get a warm welcome in this Starbucks anyway, today, My daughter and I just got a train and I mentioned that she was desperate to get one of the TGTO bags from here, the collection time wasn’t until 4:30 and our train would be long gone by then, anyway, got my coffee and sat down and the amazing girls working today (Thursday 14th) changed the time of the bag collection so we could get one. Absolutely made my daughter’s day, thank you very much. I really appreciate both of you, such a small thing but really made my daughter smile at how kind you were. Thank you xx

Went in while waiting for my train, and was served by Meg. She could see I was unsure of what I wanted, so asked what I like and don’t like, and gave me a number of suggestions. Turns out I’m a big fan of the white chocolate mocha! Thanks Meg for being so lovely!

The staff are friendly and helpful. Staff keeping areas clean and tidy. They used to keep the high standards of products, I enjoy to have a drink here😁

I regularly commute to London, and the staff here always make me smile as I get into the shop. They are always friendly and kind, and they make my starbucks visit a nice part of the day. I drink starbucks at a lot of paces all over the UK, and whilst it should not, the coffee does actually vary quite a lot in terms of quality. Here at the Grantham station, it is always very smooth and perfectly made. Today they made my morning before my journey to work. Thank you, Starbucks Grantham!!
