Friendly attentive staff. Queue was long but went down quickly. Coffee and cake was usual costa good standard. Lots of seating, varied types which was nice. Only negative was some tables were dirty with previous customers stuff still there.
Never had bad service here, all staff I've encountered have been friendly and polite. No negatives, will use again and again.
Lovely staff (helped me as i was feeling unwell). Very kind and attentive and the nicest latte I've ever had from a Costa. Will be going there regularly from now on
Costa as a company, in my opinion, needs to address the cleanliness and hygiene. Flooring needs a good clean along with the disgusting cutlery. Tables need clearing and cleaning regularly, a bit embarrassing to say the least
I've been to this Costa multiple times and I have never had a bad experience. I visited last week and I was served by Owen and his service was very polite and professional. He asked if i wanted coffee and cream on my drink (other stores have not done this in the past) and the speed and quality of the drink was exceptional. Highly recommend this store!
