Excellent food, friendly staff and a busy little place, atmosphere was lovely.

Staying locally overnight and had one of the best meals out we've had for a long time and we dine out a lot as we travel with work. Brilliant reception on arrival, excellent service and amazing food, I'd go out of my way to stay locally again just to re-visit.

By far the best restaurant in Boston, from the quality of the food to the personal touches provided by the service of staff/owners. Cannot recommend highly enough for people to visit as you will not be disappointed! Keep up the fantastic work guys and we will be back sooner rather than later.

What an absolute amazing evening. The food is out of this world and I love seafood its the best I have ever had. What a welcome it was perfect start to finish. We are in the restaurant industry and notice the small things however there is absolutely no fault to pick. There is a reason why its a 2 month waiting list to get a table however it's so worth the wait! We will be definitely back 😀

**A Delightful Dining Experience** We recently dined at Still Bar& Restaurant and was thoroughly impressed. The warm and inviting ambiance, combined with attentive and friendly staff, made for a pleasant evening. The menu offers a delightful variety of dishes. We had a mixed kebab platter, yoghurtlu adana and salad with some meses. All of them was divine and we had a perfect meal. Overall, “Still” is a must-visit for anyone looking for an exceptional dining experience. I can't wait to return!

What can I say about this amazing place. I was very surprised that there was a restaurant like this in Boston. a fantastic Turkish restaurant. I can't tell you how delicious the salads and Mezes… the food was amazing. Most importantly, you will feel at home from the moment you enter. The Owner and workers so kindly and friendly. Came here for a late lunch. Friendly welcome from the owner. The bread and salad offered was fresh and delicious. We chose the homemade lamb guvec to share and it was lovely. We will certainly return soon.

Amazing Amazing Amazing! Genuinely one of the nicest meals I’ve had in a very long time. Service was friendly and really welcoming…. And the food was immense! Everything was so light and flavoursome. The complementary bread and dips with a big generous bowl of salad was a great start. My lamb kebab I will be dreaming about for weeks to come I’m only visiting the area for a couple of days but this meal I’ll remember for a long long time!

Went for lunch today, having never been before, and have to say that it was really delicious!! The staff were ever so friendly and welcoming. My mum and I both had a croque madame, which was really filling and tasty! I think it was £11.60 and hubby and my son had a breakfast burrito, which I think was £10.90. My son was very impressed with the mega milkshake!!! It was a beautiful day, and you can sit outside by the lock. Will definitely go back again!!!

Stopped here to get a coffee and so pleased we did. The coffee latte was very smooth and nice and the cafe was clean and very well presented. I'm not really keen on fresh food being exposed to all and would like to see some sort of cover. Coffee was reasonably priced but we also had 2 small pieces of Rocky Road cake and that was a little steep.... £4 each... Staff were polite and courteous and the owner spent some time explaining how they keep their menu fresh because it's based around what they want to put on the menu so the menu is always updated and keeps it fresh for repeated visits as there will always be something new for you to try. Highly recommend a visit if you are passing this way.v

Recently myself and my family and I have been to this cafe shop and I must say that it was absolutely beautiful. The staff are friendly,respectful, and very welcoming. The food is delicious ! The location is beautiful and clean and the service is very good! I highly recommend this place! 🥰🥰🥰

I'm from California and have had lots of breakfast burritos. Their vegetarian breakfast burrito with Hallumi was delicious. I was worried it would be dry or bland without traditional salsa but they have a nice tomato based sauce that addressed those concerns. I've eaten shashuka in NYC and SF and this place made the best one. My husband is from here and loved the full English breakfast with local sausage (I call em Lincoln Logs). Such great staff and bridge views too.

Often heard how good this place is but for one reason or another we hadn't been until today. We both had a vegan breakfast and deluxe hot chocolate, which were very tasty. The staff were polite and friendly and the place was lovely. Not sure why it took us so long you come here for we will definitely be popping by again! Really appreciate how there's so much choice for gluten free, veggie and vegan, which is usually pretty lacking in Boston! Great effort.

Had a excellent experience, really nice food, would definitely recommend the Cuban burger. The staff were friendly. Only comment I would say, they never came back to check if we wanted dessert so we ended up leaving without one. Definitely worth a visit.

Nice to find a place like this in Boston. A tea room with happy friendly staff, large menu with plenty of choice. The hot chocolate speaks for itself topped with a chocolate cream it was beautiful. Good selection of the most amazing cakes & cookies. Highly recommend the sour cheery cheesecake. Im looking forward to going back to try one of the burgers on offer. Needles to say I will be a new regular. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Had a lunch here. Good prices and tasty food. Cake is a bit too sweet but very nice. Staff really helpfull. There are seats outside too. If you there first time it may be a bit confusing where the entrance is from the shops.

Wow! Visited Lincolnshire with family for a short getaway. On our final evening we travelled into the town of Boston for food at Monkey & i, after having read positive reviews online. I am very pleased to say it did not disappoint. The proprietor was so friendly, helpful and confident in the menu, was able to offer suggestions and opinions on what to order. The food itself was presented to one of the highest standards I have seen, (especially for a small restaurant,) and tasted even better. The seafood, vegetables and lamb shank were all really fresh and tasty. With special recognition for the fried chicken dumplings and tempura vegetables, both being clear favourites for the meat eaters and vegetarian of the group. Every single member of the family came away stuffed and satisfied. The overall price although high in comparison to other places in the area, was fair and reflective of the quality of the food and service. This is a real little gem hidden away on Church Street, I would absolutely recommend!

Superb food and service. The owner Matt goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and his leadership flows through to all the staff who were excellent. The food is fantastic and is well worth experiencing. I’d highly recommend booking as all tables get booked up.

Six stars! Sometimes 5 just isn’t enough. This is a fantastic restaurant and because it’s relatively small it has a more homely and personal feel about it. The owner was very welcoming and took time to talk through the menu and make recommendations. The food itself was honestly the best Thai food I’ve ever had. Beautifully presented, bursting with flavour and a good level of spice, for the dishes we ordered. Portion sizes are generous and it is sensibly priced for the quality of the food too. My only regret being that, sadly, we were only in Boston for the one night! Very highly recommended and a definite 6 stars if that were an option.

Absolutely brilliant restaurant! Excellent food and service. Nothing on the menu that isn’t highly rated. Worth every penny! Lovely atmosphere and Matt is always happy to get whatever you’d like to drink if its not already stocked.

Spotted this little place on Google when planning my overnight stop in Boston. The reviews were very promising, but couldn't find much in the way of information otherwise? So I decided to take a walk to check it out when I arrived. From the outside, this is a non-descript modern frontage that you might take for a takeaway/cafe. However, step inside and you enter a Portuguese bodega that is vibrant, welcoming and reminded me of some of the lovely places I've visited in Portugal and Southern Spain. The food choices are many, with daily specials and the produce is fresh, tasty and authentically Portuguese. I had a lovely tapas of Olives, cheese (with fresh bread) and spring rolls for a starters and followed that with the peri peri chicken, which was beautifully seasoned! The portions are generous, so take care when ordering and perhaps share the sides if you're going as a couple or in a group? Also, the prices are very reasonable, so spending an evening with friends won't break the Bank ;-) The Hostess/Owner, Sonia, is delightful and prepares everything fresh to order, so be prepared to wait a little while it's cooking - the tapas and drinks will keep you occupied while you chat and enjoy the ambience! I was surprised that nobody had yet posted a TripAdvisor review, so I've added them there as well! 😉👌It seems that this little gem is one of Boston's best kept secrets... well, not anymore!

Very good food and service very quickly

Best place to eat in Boston, and possibly in the UK. Delicious, top quality and excellent value Portuguese food. Very friendly and welcoming. Give it a try and you will not be disappointed. The town is very lucky to have it!

Not only does this café have the best Scandinavian goods (cream cake? check! chocolate buns? check!) but they are SO generously sized it's ridiculous! The buns are literally as big as my face. I will most certainly go back for a takeout lunch, many more slices of cake, and a lovely chat with the delightful owners. Looking forward to being able to sit outside on the porch once lockdown is over! (update: finally able to enjoy a coffee on the little patio outside! basking in the sunshine)

Boston are so lucky to have this place. Warm inviting and friendly service, delicious freshly baked cakes. And the decor and displays are amazing! Pay them a visit you will be a regular customer!

The Bløt (pronounced Blurt) cake is just the best. Light, refreshing,,,, beautiful.

A piece of Scandinavia (Norway) in Boston. A very clean (as you might expect) modern establishment, with very friendly staff. I'm only drinking coffee at the moment.. It won't be long before I start on those fantastic cakes and pastries. 5 stars and can definitely recommend a visit.

10/01/2025 Popped in for a drink and meal, had the specials, steak and ale pie and it was superb, once again lovely staff and a highly recommended pub for food and drink. Staff and food are fantastic, one of the best places in the area. Update, did not eat just popped in for a drink and staff still very friendly and chatty, Alison the manager is so nice, friendly and welcoming.

Tasty food and great service! Onion rings and chips were really nice and fillet steak was cooked bang on, medium rare as ordered. My partner really enjoyed it.

We just arrived in the area when we came across this wonderful place a wonderful massive breakfast with my wife and my friend Phil would highly recommend this restaurant with lakes and walks to anyone. Lovely place. Well set out. Only met friend's for coffee, but the breakfasts looked amazing, therefore I'm scoring it 5 stars and hope to try it soon

If you want to have proper food from local butchers, cooked well, then to go and have a dog walk, this is your venue. Don't plan to eat anything else for the rest of the day if you have the "big catch" breakfast. Well worth the visit, even if I do forget which back road to go down from my village every time I go.

Stopped for breakfast this morning. I had the small and husband had the traditional. Eggs, bacon, sausage, beans, tomatoes, toast and tea. £16. Good value. The lady serving was smiley and chatty, will go again.

Eaten breakfast here many times over the years, and each time has been superb. Freshly cooked, decent sized portions. Pay by card too, which is great

Wow this place is fantastic. It gets busy at times & service does slow down a tad . But it's a perfect stop for a proper good full English Breakfast. ( my personal preference is Lincolnshire sausage with my Breakfast but not on the menu). Maybe it will be a choice next time. Fantastic friend service smiles all round the cooked breakfast was perfect in every way ( apart from I prefer Lincolnshire sausage) All our breakfasts where as we ordered & perfectly cooked including all our eggs where runny no yolk honestly 6 eggs perfect runny yolks . Value for money a proper roadside cafe . You will rub shoulders with Bikers & truckers Horse riders & caravaners but don't let that put you off . I've not had a decent cooked breakfast for ages. By that I mean no grease left on the plate nothing overcooked nothing under cooked all of it hot & all our eggs perfectly runny. I highly recommend popping in & if you can pay Cash it would be very much appreciated as these little gems pay enough for rent & supplies nevermind banking fees x Cash is preferable but if you must pay by card you can . Thanks Ladies great, Fantastic cooking skills & brilliant value for money.
