I just love this Esquires. It bright, airy, spacious. It’s in a great location. The coffee is delicious! The staff are really lovely - very attentive and friendly. Gorgeous bacon roll. Looking forward to Eggs Royale next time. This is my go to in Hoddesdon.
Stopped off for a quick drink and something to eat and was really surprised what a nice place this was. At first I thought it was trying to be just a typical Starbucks/Costa type place but I was really impressed by the fresh selection of food and the service. The service was extremely good and fast and the quality of the food was great. They also allow dogs which is an extra bonus. Would definitely recommend.
What a fabulous place this is! Was in the area for a couple of days and stopped for coffee. Sitting outside in the sunshine on well cleaned and spacious tables with the most delicious coffee I've ever drunk, it was such a lovely place to just 'be'. So much so that we drove the few miles back the next morning for breakfast. We sat inside this time. Really lovely decor, again such an easy, chilled place to be. Service was quick, polite and efficient and the food was excellent. Perfectly poached eggs....I'm always dubious about ordering poached, but these were spot on. Served with a smile and polite attention. Another coffee, equally amazing. I'm actually gutted that I live so far away as I would love to have this place as my local coffee shop.
