I contacted Steve regarding repairs that needed doing on the outside of my property, i was promptly contacted and told what was required and given a quote. Steve came and did all my repairs to a very high standard and even replaced a leaky outside tap. All in very challenging weather! My kitchen floor boards needed replacing and new kitchen units were also needed: Some areas of the floor, adjacent to the kitchen, were becoming dangerous. I needed someone with the ability to recover my floor boards and immediately contacted Property Repair Services. Steve came to take a look at the job and made immediate recommendations. I liked his suggestion of P5 boards, which he showed me while we visited a well-known DIY store. His advise was taken and I was not disappointed. He found great solutions for recovering and repairing a couple of joists, before laying the floor, and treated all of the kitchen floor joists with a chemical solution, protecting them from dry rot, wet rot, woodworm, etc. Then he built-in new kitchen units, which look superb. The workmanship is first class with a smooth professional finish. It’s good to know that companies like PRS exist. I definitely recommend Steve and the team for interior property repairs. Also, in the future, if I have any exterior work I will not hesitate to contact them.

Steve did an amazing job for me again. He rebuilt my back outhouse wall, fitted 2 window sills and did a number of other jobs. He also offered professional advice on the best way to market my house. I really appreciate his professionalism: he did a fantastic job, arrived when he said he would, charged what he said he would and even finished the job ahead-of-schedule because he works so hard.
