Brilliant service!!! Jim was great. He told me what the problem was and advised me on the repair cost upfront. It was sorted a couple of days later when the part came. Helpful, professional and efficient. Highly recommended.

Excellent job by Luke and Jim took out old oil boiler in loft re piped and fitted Combi Boiler ,two lads who are very skilled at what they do , very neat and finished half a day early , Difficult these days to find honest tradesmen who turn up on time do a good job and stick to their quote .

Needed our boiler and gas fire servicing. Spoke to Luke and given a date and time. He was spot on time, very friendly and professional. Advised us what was needed and completed all the work, excellent. Will be using him for all our future plumbing needs.

Called for the first time, bit of an emergency in my eyes but was just air in the system. Jim came round the same day and didn't have to do any work. He was extremely good and professional, lovely guy. Would absolutely recommend Pinnacle and will definitely use them again if needed.
