I have used Ian for a number of years. He services my boiler every year, and is always on hand for advice. Just like this morning, when he got my hot water and heating flowing again. Great value and good service. Would recommend for new boiler, annual service and breakdowns.

Ian is one of my neighbours, we had a little neighbourly disagreement about a hedge. However, when I moved in I said I may need his services to replace my boiler, obviously having had the issue with the hedge since then I was concerned that may have tarnished our relationship with us being amicable. However, Ian said he was happy to quote for the work, so I gave him the opportunity. He came in with a very competitive quote! So, I gave him the go ahead, he completed the work for me 3 days ago. Both Ian and his colleague were extremely professional, there was no hostility at all. The quality of the work was extremely good.
