Great experience with this organisation. HBD kept me up to date regarding when an electrician was able to visit. The electrician who visited, Caleb, was very polite and informative. He took the time to explain what he was doing, explained the issue, and gave useful advice on how to protect against the issue re-emerging. Would definitely recommend.

Had an issue with my bathroom floor for over a year. The first plumber that came out patched over the issue and missed a leak that was causing the under floor timber to rot. Eventually the floor gave way and collapsed. Harrison was sent out and spotted the issue straight away. He as well as the admin at HBD plumbing were very accommodating. Once we’d confirmed a date, Harrison came over pulled out the bath screen, bath, floor tiles and rotten timber. He replaced the wood and managed to use all the original tiles without damaging them, reinserting the bath, screen and further replacing the dodgy taps and plug holes that were causing the original leak. He left no mess, and texted once it was all complete with instructions for aftercare. All in all a fantastic service. Couldn’t recommend this guy more, top lad!👍

Excellent customer service from HBD. Had our old gas capped off and a new gas Hob fitted. Affordable prices- No long wait times either. Staff over the phone were extremely friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

Had Simon came other week to do ecr test very friendly did a great job answered all questions I ask. Caleb came today to re do my plug, very professional and polite even offered to clean the mess up. P.s I’ll be asking if he got his tenner bonus aha

Helpful and responsive engineer. Requested that he bled all radiators when carrying out the annual gas check. Completed and updated us without any fuss. Would recommend!
