Very friendly and welcoming company. I had problems with my rear car light. They found the problem and resolved it very quickly. They also noticed that a headlight bulb was not working (although I didn’t know that) and fitted a new one. A very courteous and efficient experience.

I recently took my car to auto electrics long lane halesowen due to my climate control not working, which meant I had no heat or heated screen ect which meant clearing the screen difficult and driving around very cold. After being to see Richard and his team a diagnostic test was done, they found the problem and ordered the parts needed to fix it. After a short wait the parts needed arrived, and Richard called me to arrange a day to book my car in to be fixed. My car was booked in on a day that suited me which made it less stressful for me, I couldn't fault the team at all as they was very professional and friendly. Amazing company would recommend them highly. Bought my car in for a warranty call and they have been helpful at every point. They explained what was happening and what they were going to do so that I could understand. Had to come back weeks later to get a report done and they booked me in in good time, and worked with me to meet the deadlines I was provided.
