I found damage from a leak in my bathroom and reached out to The Plumber, I was able to get a visit booked the same day which was surprising as that’s not normally the case with plumbers. I had contact with Jack, Elliot & Ben, all of which were so helpful and went above and beyond to help me. The leak was in a difficult place due to me living in a new build with access issues, Ben & Elliot worked really hard to find the leak and fix it. They were both really helpful, transparent, polite and reassuring. Would definitely recommend their team!

Superb service from the start with great communication, prompt response and booking system. Elliot was excellent throughout the job, very helpful, polite, punctual and tidy, giving us a clear action plan as to what was required. He even went above and beyond the initial ask by resolving another small issue while he was with us. Then to finish off with a confirmation invoice detailing all work completed.
