Thank you Jon and Tim for fitting us in so quickly after being let down by so many others. The old owners had absolutely bodged plumbing in the house and covered it up, leaving us with a huge damp problem that has stopped us being able to use quite a large part of our home. Everything was explained to me and I was shown the issues so I felt confident that it would be fixed. Also gave advice on our boiler etc. They are both really down to earth and lovely people too which helps! Thank you again - I’ll always call them if I have issues in the future.

Really good service, John is efficient and friendly with excellent subject knowledge and happy to explain all the options available. We have had a new boiler fitted with pipe work as well as a water softening system. John is reliable, arranging times and dates to suit and is happy to undertake both large plumbing jobs such as new boilers and also smaller jobs like replacing broken sink wastes. Would definitely recommend bees knees plumbing.

I contacted Jon after previously using his services with a washing machine waste pipe blockage. I didn't expect things to go the way they did so I'll explain!
