Called into RSM Tattenham Corner to urgently replace broken fridge freezer on Saturday morning ,helpful knowledgeable staff ,new item delivered on Saturday afternoon.Excellent customer service!!!
What a great store! I needed a washing machine on the day. Their range was excellent, staff very helpful. Machine chosen, purchase straightforward and price very competitive. I parked up outside on the pavement, They helped me load up the machine and lent me their trolley to unload at my home. I cannot overemphasise how refreshing it is to be able to select, buy and take home on the day. Use this shop before we lose it like so many other similar outlets.
