Ken has done various plumbing work for me over the years, and I wouldn’t use anyone else. Most recently he installed a Wiser system in my house and it works amazingly. Takes the time to explain everything, is super-reliable, fair with his pricing, tidy in the way he works and clears up at the end of the job, understanding and really has the customer in mind throughout. Ken is very knowledgeable, competent and committed to providing a very high standard of workmanship. He is also honest and transparent in all his communications, which helps create a strong sense of trust and peace of mind. He is probably the best gas engineer I came across and I would certainly use him again in the future.
I can recommend this company 100%. Kenny is a real expert at both plumbing and (complex) Wifi-based smart heating systems. He fixed my Genius Smart Heating system on two occasions now and got it working when no-one else could. He will go the extra mile for you and is very reasonably priced. HIGHLY recommend.
