WE have used Darran for many years and he always does a first class job. His most recent job was to service our boiler which he did in his usual efficient manner. He also identified a problem with our water pressure which is coming back to fix. I thoroughly recommend Darran for any plumbing or heating job.

Darren was able to narrow the problem down prior to attending and we were able to order the service kit in preparation for his visit in order to achieve a first time fix.
Darren arrived on time and was polite and professional throughout his visit. Upon completion of his work he explained to me what he had done, what each component was called and why he replaced it.

Darran solved my issue with the washing machine feed very quickly. He gave some much needed advice about some other aspects of my central heating system which I was not aware of, having only just bought this property. A very knowledgeable and professional person with a wealth of experience and expertise. Great service. I will certainly be using his services in the future.

Throughout each job, he keeps me updated on progress, which I really appreciate. Darran is courteous and polite, making the entire process smooth and hassle-free.
The first job was replacing a water/shower pump, and the second was a heating system cleanse and 3 port valve replacement—both done to an excellent standard.
