When our boiler failed, Sines went out of their way to ensure we were up and running again as quickly as possible. Sarah in the office did a great job getting the appointments organised and keeping us well informed. Steve and the team were so professional and efficient, installing the new boiler and dealing with other issues with the existing setup that became apparent during the course of the work. It was all completed within the day, they were clean and tidy and carefully explained what they had done and how it all worked. Sines went above and beyond, and the workmanship was excellent.
