We had an entire new pressurised boiler put in, replacing a system that was 35 years old. It was a big job and he talked us through the process, and explained how the newer systems work, and recommended what would be best for our needs. Very quick to reply, efficient at keeping in touch with the initial meeting, proposal of works required, and booking a date to get the work done.
