I can't thank HBS enough for their valued help and advice whilst purchasing our property. They always got back to me, even if it was a message to say they are busy and would be in touch as soon as they can. They are honest, professional and their knowledge was so valuable whilst helping us with the issues we had with the property. Asked HBS to repair and reinforce a brick wall fence support. Very good communication and regular updates. Turned up at agreed times, work completed as agreed and satisfied with the outcome. Pleasant team and would certainly use them again for building maintenance work.

The HBS team were excellent from start to finish with a fire door replacement. Prompt, clear, and regular communication prior to the installation, professional service throughout (including working late to fix a problem with a piece of the fitting), and good quality assurance and follow-up. We will be using HBS again for our next work! (In fact we already are.)

HBS have been extremely helpful when dealing with them via a management agent. The work that they have completed has been of a high standard and they have kept me up to date with the work being done.
