ZS Builders was one of three builders that I contacted on Bark for the conversion of toilet to a wet room. His was not only the lowest quote but he was very professional with his approach to work. Mani also has good community engagement skills, interacting and negotiating with the neighbour to successfully gain access the side of the house to complete the works. Mani and his team treated the premises with respect, keeping the area safe while working and cleaning up afterwards. His completed work was also very professional and aesthetically pleasing getting a lot of accolades from all who saw it. Mani and his team have been so good that they have completed several other works since they completed that which they were originally engaged to do. ZS Builders are also very responsive to issues arising on completion of their works even when these issues did not result from their work, e.g. troubleshooting and sorting out the Boiler. Altogether a relief to engage a professional and leave them to do their work. Will not hesitate to contact them for more works in any of our premises.

I had my bathroom refitted, including re-plumbing and new shower fittings and new tiles. I couldn't be more pleased with the service provided from start to finish. The team were very good, letting me know each day what was happening, which kept me very well informed and confident in their work. They went the extra mile to find great alternatives that perfectly matched my existing tiles. Also I was impressed how neat they left everything every night, so the whole process was far easier than it could have been. I was completely comfortable with them in my home. They were reliable, professional, and respectful for the duration of the project. Z&S builders did my 2 bedroom apartment full renovation in West end lane Hampstead, the main guy wasn’t mostly available But his team was always very friendly helpful , they’ve been transparent through out the renovations, kept me undated with videos and daily work routine and progress . They also keep me informed if there was any additional work and cost to make sure I understand. Great finishing and me and my wife is very happy.
