Given one of the busiest periods on the year, platinum plumbers manage to get my water softener installed & commissioned within a few weeks - from first communication, planning to finished product. Sergio the plumber was exceptional, he was on time, showed very good craftsmanship from his work. He also went above and beyond, followed regulations and most importantly when he smiles you know it’s going well 🤣 thanks a bunch Sergio! I must add that Rob will listens to your requirements carefully and advises accordingly. I’m glad they are based locally in south east London as it’s not everyday you’ll find a bunch of passionate plumbers with class. Excellent service from Platinum. Our boiler broke so we called them. Rob came out quickly and gave us a fair estimate for the work. Sam did the boiler replacement and system flush. Lots of good points about this experience — they arrived when they said they would, did the job thoroughly and neatly, cleaned up after themselves and were very pleasant people.
