I have used Paul's services for the first time after reading reviews online and let me tell you - I'm very glad I did. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and above all, polite honest person. He took the time to explain what he was doing during the boiler service, also I really appreciated his excellent advice on various system faults and other plumbing stuff. After seeing that I had a faulty room thermostat, Paul very kindly offered to replace it with a working one from his van. I will definitely use Paul again for all future central heating/plumbing jobs. I highly recommend him and his services which are excellent value for money too!

The installation was actually quite tricky, due to a long flu run in a vertical services riser, but Paul never grumbled at all .. he just got his head down and carried out the work to a high standard.
