Goran attended to one of our property for a blocked toilet as a late night emergency. Couldn’t be grateful enough for Goran to offer us a drain cctv survey as he managed to find the hidden issue within the soil pipe. This had previously happened few times but was never suggested by the previous drainage engineer. All these done at a very fair price, lower than expected but high quality workmanship. He is definitely a gem in his trade, he knows what he is doing and an expert. Definitely saving his number and passing on to others.

We are so grateful for Saleh’s help. Our kitchen sink started overflowing onto the floor in the middle of the night and he was the only plumber that answered our call and was willing to come help us. He drove to our flat at 3am in the snow and worked on our plumbing until 5am so that we could get a few hours of rest. He then came back a few hours later to finish the job! Saleh was very professional, tidy, and communicative. He even mopped up and sprayed down the floor when he was done which was such a nice gesture. Wonderful Service Highly Professional Local Company 10/10 - extremely quick response, going above and beyond to ensure we were seen the same day - excellent communication and very good value. The parts were purchased correctly in advance of the visit which was very helpful and meant just the one visit to complete the job. I have taken the time to post my review in two locations simply as the service was the best we have ever had; and we are now considering a full shower replacement in the New Year based on this experience - something we were holding off from looking into as we couldn’t quite find the right Company.
