We recently had Home Constructive completed an extensive renovation of a 3 bedroom home in Southfields. Main work include ground floor side and rear extensions, and a loft extension. However, there was so much more the team did including underfloor heating, flooring, new bathrooms and landscaping. What drew me to Home Constructive is that is a genuine family business, led by Artan and his brothers Jimmy, Nick and Bash. There was an immediate trust factor that I did not get with other builders. Communication is second to none, always providing proactive and transparent updates. The quality of work is just as good if not better and the team always went over and above what they needed to. If I'm ever in need of building work, Home Constructive will be my first and only call. Could not recommend them more highly.

Artan completed a side return, loft and complete refurbishment for my house in Wandsworth in Feb 2019. The house was in complete disrepair so we took everything back to brick & restarted from scratch; new electrics, plumbing, both side return and loft extension, new front & rear gardens & all new plaster & refurbishment works throughout. Artan and his team (Nick, Jimmy, Bash) were excellent. They were so respectful to our neighbours too and went the extra mile to keep them happy, even scrubbing their path after each day after they complained about the dust being trodden into their house by their buggy. The team are so friendly they were such a pleasure to work with. I would not hesitate to recommend Artan and his team.

Great quality service, very reasonable pricing. Ravi is more than qualified for all the handyman tasks we had his help with. He also demonstrated skills also with plumbing and electric. He completed about 10 household DIY tasks at a very high standard. He came fully equipped and had some great suggestions for how to fix things up in a tidy way.
