WOW!. What a service, what a company. Ordered 2 huge Kartell double radiators, price was very good, delivery exactly when they promised to suit me, 2 man delivery team, as they are very heavy :-) Slight damage to the end panel on one radiator, which was rectified and replacement sent next day and received from Kartell directly - so all joined up! This is customer service at its finest and what all companies should be striving towards, thank you. I will be back.
Had a second shower panel delivered yesterday. Slight delay due to logistics but the young chap who delivered was so polite and pleasant! A real professional old fashioned customer service focused business, spending just a couple of minutes more, to build some rapport! Would be more than happy to use this service again. Thank you!
