Highly recommend. Clearly a conscientious (as well as being very knowledgeable) person. In responding to our query, Steve saw that our issue was a quick fix and made suggestions over the phone rather charge us for an inspection.

Steve carried out the installation of our blinds quickly and efficiently. He was even able to help with another odd job, which we needed doing (tightening a tap fixture). He's friendly and his communication was good. We had a question about another window and he provided some sound advice.
