Kennedy Building and plumbing were helpful from the start of the project right to the end. They listened carefully to the work we wanted doing, were responsive if we ever had any queries or changes and did an excellent job of our bathroom that we're really pleased with. We’d definitely recommend them to anyone thinking about getting a new bathroom or having work done in their home and will be using them again!

We worked with Kennedy Building on a renovation and redesign of our bathroom and downstairs cloakroom. Both rooms required a complete rip out, taking it back to the bare walls and concrete floors, it was an extensive job over many weeks. Throughout the project Phil and his team were very accommodating to work with, and very open to design ideas and bespoke carpentry. Although we decided to source the majority of the bathroom furniture, Phil was always on hand to ensure it was suitable and workable for the layout we had chosen. The quality of work was to a very high standard and we are extremely pleased with the finish of both rooms. It has totally transformed the look and feel of the rooms and we have received several compliments since the work has been completed. We certainly would recommend Kennedy Building, in fact we are in liaison about another project we wish to do with Phil and team.

Phil changed part of a main bedroom into an en suite shower room. We are very happy with the result . Phil has a very can do attitude and enthusiastically problem solved any difficulties that arose in an older property. He has high standards which is reflected in the result. Thank you.

Phil Kennedy is a conscientious perfectionist with a sense of humour ! He turned up on the right date and on time, worked through the whole day - black coffee, no sugar - and left the work space tidy at the end of each day. Phil is considerate, knowledgeable and delivers a high standard result. We won't be looking for another plumber - we've found a good one in Phil already. Reference available, if wanted.

Phil was brilliant - I had a complete bathroom renovation in my Victorian property. This included ripping out the tired old bathroom replacing it with marble tiles, a walk in shower, a roll top bath, basin and toilet. Phil gave me a reasonable quote, he was really kind and helpful, making useful practical suggestions and I was very happy for him to do the work. The old walls in the bathroom were in a terrible condition and Phil suggested taking it all the way back to brick and then plasterboard which I am very thankful for. I think this was a lot of extra work for Phil but he did it anyway. I added a few extra pieces of work such as panelling and adding steel support to a discovered unsupported chimney breast which were no issue for Phil and he was very patient with my design changes! I’m very happy with my bathroom and Phil is super reliable and trustworthy. He worked in my house without me being there and I felt very comfortable with this. Phil has returned to resolve a couple of minor issues and hasn’t charged which I’m sure some would. The only slight negative with my project was the bathroom took a long time to complete (8weeks) as he was working on other jobs as well but this is really testament to his dedication to his clients and doing a job properly. I’d highly recommend Phil Kennedy. He is a gem.
