Ivo fitted a shower pump for our new bathroom. He arrived on time and on the day he had booked. His workmanship was excellent and done on time. We also had a problem with our central heating at the same time that he sorted very quickly and he even phoned the next day to make sure everything was working correctly. Broken electric shower. After panicking, I called a plumber we knew. He did arrive but then left us feeling we had a huge problem and nothing he could do to help. We came across Ivor by chance. What a miracle, not only that he turned up, but on time too!! Before stepping over our doorstep he put on some blue plastic shoe covers which indicated how much he respected other peoples property. Ivor assessed the problem in no time. He provided the background to the faulty unit and how the electric circuit functioned. The entire operation was conducted in a highly professional manner , with an approach that left us in no doubt as to his experience and capabilities. We agreed terms and the work was carried out efficiently, that very morning! The site was left neat, clean and very tidy. Ivor is a gift to anyone needing guidance and skill. Highly recommended.
