Boiler not working. Excellent customer service on the phone. Errol diagnosed the issue, explained it and remedied it in under one hour. He clearly knows his job inside out and is easy to speak with. Good pricing. I won't hesitate to used Tailored again and will refer to friends who live locally.

A great service received. Engineer arrived in a timely manner, was friendly and professional. Very knowledgeable on the heating and plumbing problem they were called out for. Explained perfectly what they were going to do and how it would alleviate the issues. No time was wasted which I very much appreciated as labour costs per hour. Did a fantastic job.
