Norbert kindly attended my property for a gas safety check. Very punctual & efficient with his work. He's comfortable liaising with the tenants on his own accord and managed to provide most effective advice to get the property up to it's highest standards. What outstanding service they provide! I contacted them to check my boiler, which had broken due to an British Gas engineer malfunction. They promptly came to inspect it and restored our heating, which had been out all weekend.By Friday, a new boiler was fitted Their service was exceptional—efficient, professional, and backed by excellent product knowledge. Norbert was excellent and highly professional. He arrived on time, quickly identified and resolved the issue with our cistern that other plumbers couldn’t fix, and left the room spotless and tidy. Highly recommend.

I had an emergency where the boiler was shut off due to the carbon monoxide alarm was triggered. Norbert was able to attend the same day in the evening. He managed to check over the boiler very thoroughly and rest of the system. Was very pleased with the service and going the extra mile to fit us in the same day. I would highly recommend if you have any plumbing or boiler work needed doing.

Norbert and Terry were amazing. Superb quality work installing a new gas pipe between our meter and boiler, which had to run internally due to the nature of the building. Efficient, friendly, communicated well, good price. Highly recommended.
