Nicolo is great, has very high standards and you can tell he is a perfectionist. He is very polite and has class, works very elegantly and politely the entire time and knows his trade. He is very keen to provide solutions to issues encountered along the way and goes out of his way to make sure the project gets completed at high standards. 5 stars to him and I will for sure hire his services going forward.

Our experience of engaging Niccolo has been absolutely fantastic. He puts in an extra effort to carefully examine the situation before giving suggestions for the tasks he is involved with and doesn't compromise on quality. We have consecutively engaged him for multiple fixes in our apartment and needless to say, he will continue to be our go to person for future works as well.

Found Nico online after moving house recently and needing a local handyman and so glad I read the reviews of others. We’ve had him out to do a few bits around the house (including wiring a new socket!) and he’s been awesome all round. A very efficient, helpful and hard working person who put a three panelled trellis fence up for us and a wonderful wooden washing line because ours had broken. He sourced the materials and informed us of the options giving prices so we could select what we wanted before he came. He brought the materials with him and the work was so good that several of my friends have now asked for his contact details. He is good at tiling too as replaced a large cracked one of mine in the bathroom and it looks great. Very good value for money and no job is too small for him

Jon has carried out many jobs for me to a very high standard over the last 8 or 9 years - the biggest and most recent one being to completely paint and decorate my ground floor maisonette. He is very trustworthy and professional and so I had no hesitation in going out to work whilst he got on with it. He is also very clean and tidy, positive and cheerful, has a good work ethic and offers valuable advice based on many years of experience. I have recommended him to several friends and neighbours and they all feel the same. No job is too big or too small for him.

Steve fitted a new bathroom in my studio flat not so long ago and I was extremely pleased with the result. He was really polite, professional and efficient and probably one of the best plumbers I've dealt with (and being a landlady there have been a lot!!). He completed a day early, left the flat spotless and I;ve used him for odd jobs since as well as recommending him regularly. Really liked the way he kept me updated of progress as well.

BBOJ has done a fantastic job painting all walls, ceiling and woodwork in my flat and making good damaged plaster and woodwork. All involved have been efficient and careful and the outcome is outstanding. They have responded quickly to all requests and helped with several other small jobs that were needed. I contacted BBOJ regarding some painting and decoration required at my flat. They were very quick to respond and send someone to have a look around the property for a quote. The quite was provided within a week og my initial email. It was also promptly updated a few times as my requirements kept changing. The final quote was very reasonable for a professional quality work. Once agreed, I was provided the commencement date of the job. I also liked it that they let me buy the cabinets, curtain tracks and shower screens unlike other companies that push cheap quality products on customers to save money. The tradesman, Ko from BBOJ was very polite and professional. He did the job to perfection and also advised me regarding best placement of cabinets, curtain tracks etc. He cleaned the flat each evening before leaving so there was no mess left around. I am very pleased with the end results. I would definitely recommend BBOJ. They are good value for money i.e. their quote may be slightly higher than many other companies but its worth the quality and standard of work. They do not cut corners. I will be using them again in future.

From the estimate through to the booking and then the work itself, everything went smoothly. The job was to complete the installation of a back door because the company doing it originally had gone into administration. The work was carried out with a real empathy to what I required even though some of it was correcting things that had gone wrong with the original contractor. What I ended up with is something much better than the original planned installation. Will use again.

We recently completed an extension project at the back of our house in Eltham. We contacted a number of builders to get a sense of what the likely cost would be and although London And Kent were not the cheapest of the quotes we received, we decided to go with them due to the professionalism of their approach, the detail contained in their itemised costing and the sense of reassurance we got from meeting their people. The work was completed on time; the quality is outstanding and the various individuals who took part in the project were all courteous, cheerful, considerate and helpful.
