Would definitely recommend Keith. Came out the next morning to help! We needed a shock arrestor fitted for the boiler. Very honest and knowledgeable. Doesn't try to to take advantage like some of the numbers I rang on check a trade who wanted nearly double for the work! Very professional, explained what he was doing and very tidy. I asked My Heating to replace my old boiler with a combi one. Keith explained the work involved and provided me with a detailed quote that covered everything discussed. I found My Heating easy to get hold of, and was able to book the work in for a time that suited. We were very happy with the work completed, no issues at all. Keith did a follow up call to make sure everything was ok. A great service.

After a slight misunderstanding of us not confirming the first appointment Keith arrived promptly the following day having confirmed he was on his way. He was polite and helpful and carried out the boiler service thoroughly and efficiently. Keith from My Heating is outstanding, he came at very short notice, diagnosed our problem and gave us a very reasonable price. Our hot water problem ended up requiring a new boiler, he was very transparent in his prices and returned to do the work with the electrician on time and made a very tidy job.
