We have used CW Plumbing this past year when we moved into the area for a number of jobs. Each time they have been punctual, reliable and a pleasure to work with. Colin communicates with us really well, and we have always felt confident with the work he has carried out. Quotes are always clear and detailed, and offer good value which is reflected in the quality of their work. Our most recent project (which should have been a simple service and check) quickly became a much more complex job due to past issues with the boiler which emerged during the job. Colin was amazing - working with the manufacturer to solve the issue quickly by focussing on finding a solution, and making multiple visits and saving us a great deal of money in the long run.

We had a bath that was leaking and Colin was brilliant. It had an old part that was hard to replace but he managed to find a solution. He communicated well, was proactive in solving the problem and kept suggesting new solutions. You could tell he cared about getting it fixed and doing it in a timely and efficient manner.
