Darren came to quote for our emergency job same day, the works were completed a week later after this reassurance that the roof wasn't unsafe but the repair was needed. Darren did a great job repairing our roof and fitted us in quite quickly as an emergency (when we had rain pouring through the ceiling because of a bodged repair by the previous owner). He responded to messages promptly and was very clear about what work needed to be done and the costs involved. The work was done a few months ago and we have had no issues with it since.
