Chris and his team arrived as expected and quickly got on with the job. Very polite and efficient, the job was a messy one but they worked cleanly and respected my property. The standard of the work was excellent and completed much quicker than I expected, site was cleared and left as tidy as possible. All works were carried out at an affordable price, I thoroughly recommend CLBS builders Ltd.

Chris and the entire team were polite, on-time and very tidy. Chris has detailed experience in many aspects of build and supported our understanding during the various stages of our extension. Chris was able to explain from the very beginning, what will be required by whom and when. Chris managed the project and liaised with all trades including the Planning Team at the council so we didn't have to worry about any of that! Chris has a friendly and experienced team, the most noticeable trait is that they are very tidy, which is especially important when you have a digger, skips and materials being delivered daily. I would recommend CLBS to anyone (have done already!). Should anyone wishing to see a completed project and would like to see (first hand) what's been completed, please liaise with Chris and Kate who can pass on our details. A special note for Kate, who we found was very helpful in answering many texts over the 3 months for general questions. This was helpful and efficient.

Repointing of ‘crazy paved’ patio. Hard and a bit thankless job. Completion took them longer than anticipated but workers on site every day and decent men to have around. Good admin, stood by quotation, very prompt email responses. Absolutely no complaints. Many thanks Chris. No hesitation in recommending.

Chris Larner and his team did some reconfiguration works on our Sea Cadets building. We were really pleased with the standard of work completed - it really has left our facilities and spaces significantly improved and much more useable. The Cadets themselves really appreciate the improvements, as do the adult volunteers!! 😊
