Layla gave me a warm welcome and I found her to be bright and positive which put me at ease immediately. She was incredibly professional and ensured the outcome of my treatment would meet my expectations. I was pleased with the advice she gave me and thrilled with the results.

Lovely Salon. Friendly team. Nice luxury manicure. Happy with eyebrow shape and tint colour. Seating was uncomfortable as there was little leg room under the work station but was a little better when the chair was exchanged. Sadly nails weren't fully dry and were nicked and fluffy by the time I got home but it was not the salons fault.

Every treatment I have had at BATG has been excellent. The therapists have been friendly, professional and caring. Excellent knowledge of the products and always explain how to use them. Just had Skin Pen with Sam. Couldn’t have gone any better.

All the staff I have met so far have been friendly and welcoming. The salon has a relaxing atmosphere which led to an amazing treatment where I have never felt so calm and relaxed. Straight away my skin feels so soft and looks less tired. I can't wait to finish this course and hopefully try another one.
