Did an awesome job in fixing an issue we had with the toilet. Also installed an outside tap and has been such a good addition to the house with having 3 kids, can easily let them outside in the pool when it's a red hot nice day. Website is also really easy to navigate. Thanks alot! Definitely would recommend and use in the future if needed. ❤️

On referral to here we were greated and dealt with ASAP. Our cat had eye injury with something in his eye. The staff were amazing, considerate and gave us time alone to discuss with each other the way forwards with his eye. James operated on Jaz and saved his eye,extremely clever person and had explained the operation so well to us, plus the after care. He has now been seen for after checking and is leading the life of a cat again much to his joy and ours. Thank you all at Southern Counties Veterinary.

Unfortunately my poor spaniel has spent too much time at Southern Counties, thankfully they are such a caring, professional & specialist vet that each time Lola visits we know she is in such safe hands, we are constantly kept up to date with Lola's condition and welfare which helps ease the worry. Cannot recommend Southern County Vets enough!!

They took amazing care of my little dog, had a specialist consult with Ana and she had him in surgery that afternoon, he was incredibly well looked after in the days following the surgery and they have been happy to answer any emails or questions I’ve had since, he’s recovering remarkably well, extremely talented vets and great customer service. For our little fury family it’s worth the cost to be seen by true specialists

Simply put, I don’t think our English Cocker Spaniel would be here without the skill of all the staff and especially Theofanis Liatus at Southern Counties. After operating on Charlie to repair a slipped disc in the neck, we have a very happy dog with a new lease of life. Playful and importantly pain free after a horrendous episode. Theo’s skill navigated tremendous risk associated with the actual procedure on an 11 year old dog, but it had got to the point we had to give it a go. Theo came through for us and his words “He’s breathing on his own” sum up the momentous achievement Theo delivered and the fight for life left in Charlie. Paul made an excellent job of refurbishing our bathroom and cloakroom and replacing the kitchen sink. He carried out the work in a very professional, neat, polite and tidy way taking great care with every small detail. Can thoroughly recommend his services.

We have used PQ Plumbers twice now, the first time for a complete bathroom renovation and then to replace our boiler and a couple of radiators. They did such a good job with the bathroom that we didn’t hesitate to go back when we decided to have the boiler done. Both times Paul was very professional, friendly and helpful, going through all the options and discussing what would suit us best. The guys who completed the work were also very professional, tidy and did a great job. We were more than happy to leave a key with them so they could come and go while we were at work. We can’t recommend PQ Plumbers highly enough and will definitely be using them again in the future for any of our plumbing needs. Thank you Paul for everything you have done for us!

I have used PQ Plumbers Ltd on a number of occasions, from having a cloakroom refitted to most recently, having my bathroom 'future-proofed'. This involved discussing my needs with Paul Queripel, and having the benefit of his trusted advice. His company is the epitome of a professionally run business. I would also add that the skilled plumber who carried out the work was courteous, punctual and respectful.

Paul and his team did a complete bathroom refurbishment on our Edwardian home. I cannot recommend PQ Plumbers enough. Importantly to me, Paul's communication was concise and efficient. He listened carefully to our requirements and as a result, we got exactly what we had invisaged. Paul was able to make recommendations based on the age of our property and kept us up to date on the work throughout. The work was completed quickly and they even hoovered up after themselves! The finish on the bathroom is very precise (and I am quite the perfectionist!). Nothing was too much work for Paul and the team, and we are very happy with the end result. Thank you!

Just joined this practice this week and oh my goodness what caring friendly people, made me feel right at home. I am hoping to stay here for some time. I chose this dental practice because the reviews were excellent and I am very happy to share my first impressions. Greated nicely on my arrival and the nurse Lidia looked after me initially for the x-rays. Lidia explained what was shown on the x-rays and made sure I understood. The dental surgeon, Ad then came to see me and examined my teeth and then offered 2 treatment options. There was no pressure to choose either option and I was able to make a decision that was right for me. Actually think I will look forward to my appointments, who would ever say that about visiting a dentist!

I had full upper implants. It was,a little more complicated than that as I already had several years ago, a few of which had now failed. It was quite a complicated surgery but the treatment, and kindness of all the staff was amazing. They put me at ease, explained everything fully & answered my questions in terms I understood. It's a lengthy process but worth every stage. They really understand & are experienced at implant dentistry & you feel in safe hands throughout the process. The end result is extremely good & I'm so happy I had it done. The whole team, from Ad & Rosie to all the nurses, receptionists etc are lovely & friendly. If anyone is considering implants I would highly recommend

I have been coming to this practice for years, the staff here are amazing always smiling and happy to see you. Michelle and Mel do a fantastic job of looking after my teeth. I am currently on my SureSmile journey with Mel to sort out my crooked teeth and it’s been a positive experience and I am starting to see results. I have quite bad anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist due to 2 previous awful experiences when I was younger. I was recommended Oakley Road by my mum. I am still quite anxious but every single member of staff always puts me at ease and are so understanding and respectful of my anxiety which I am totally thankful for. My dentist Dimitrios is wonderful, a really kind and caring man. I want to say a massive thank you to each and every member of staff for their kindness and help. I came to White Winchester as my bridge fitted many years ago had broken one of the supporting teeth had broken which was non repairable, I had a consultation with Ben who advised me the only option was to replace the bridge with 3 teeth implants bridge. Ben took a lot of time over my appointments with a lot of care in explaining all of treatment and procedures he was undertaken. From the very first appointment until when everything was completed not once was, I left not knowing what was happening from teeth removal to post's being fitted and finally new teeth being fitted, over a number of appointment Ben and the amazing team at the practise made me feel welcome and comfortable and explained everything. I have had such an amazing experience with Ben and all the team at White whilst getting my braces. From my first consultation to the removal and all the follow up appointments. The process has been so easy , professional and comfortable. I had no major pain or any issues with the braces. Once a bracket came off and Ben reassured me quickly. I am so very pleased with the results from only a year of treatment. The price included 4 weekly check up appointments at the stunning practice set in beautiful countryside. It really made it feel like a luxury treatment. I can’t thank Ben and his amazing team enough! I highly recommend White for any orthodontic treatment. I love my new smile! Could’ve of asked for more! White Winchester gave me so much confidence - I love my new smile! Ben was so helpful from start to finish and extremely thorough. My first consultation was fantastic and I got a full understanding how they would straighten my teeth. Ben uses the best technique to make the experience as comfortable as possible. I was able to see what my teeth would look like before starting a single bit of treatment. Ben made sure they were perfect! The practice itself is beautiful and so relaxing. Not clinical at all, which I usually really struggle with after previous bad experiences in the hospital. All the staff are so friendly, smiley and made me feel super relaxed. Ben is simply the best! I’d had Invisalign with another dentist (not ortho) before finding Ben. Invisalign did not suffice and was not accurate enough to correct my smile. After losing hope, Ben was able to provide me with a full, person centred treatment plan. My teeth (now 4.5 years later) are still amazing after having white brackets and composite bonding. As a result, my son has had his braces with Ben (he’s so good with children!) and my colleagues too. Whites is no ordinary practice, they all go above and beyond. From seeing my mum in emergency needs (due to her undergoing immunotherapy) and throwing children’s dental party days to help get them comfortable with seeing dentists. We are so lucky to have a practice like this in our doorstep. Forever grateful! 🙏🏼

I 100% recommend. Excellent service from Rob and his professional team. Honest advise given. Upfront costings. I've personally never had a fear of dentists, but for anyone who does, they will be made to feel comfortable and safe. I was sceptical about an extraction being pain free - but it was. After an unfortunate accident to my front tooth 2 ys ago, I was desperate to find someone who could repair the complex damage, having seen 2 other dentists previously, who had failed to resolve the issues. I found Rob Hannah online, and after an initial consultation & sideways CT scan, he identified the issue with my tooth, and has worked tirelessly to address the issues, restoring my teeth and appearance & subsequently my confidence. His empathy and kindness throughout my treatment has been second to none, and his professional expertise has been excellent and pain free, despite a number of complex operations. A big thank you to Rob and his excellent team, from Wendy on the Isle of Wight (I travel to Southampton to see Rob, he’s absolutely worth it !!).

Looking forward to seeing a dentist isn't my usual feeling but going to Hampshire Dentist is a very different experience. Firstly the reception team are friendly and efficient putting everyone at ease. My treatment was painfree and I also learned a lot from Dr Rob as he skillfully went about restoring a bridge. His knowledge and state of the art equipment is very impressive. More visits will be needed and I can honestly say I look forward to seeing Dr Rob and his colleagues again.

Recommended, a great company. I’m very pleased with the quality and speed of work done at a good price. Steve was very responsive to all communications and accommodating to fit the job in quickly. The guys are very knowledgeable, experienced and take pride in their work. I will definitely be using them again and recommending to friends Work done: A cracked and leaking 50 gallon loft water tank spurred me into replacing the vented hot water and heating system (300 litre tank) and very noisy pump with an unvented/pressurised system. No more irritating pump noise when turning on the hot water. No mess, no stress, the work was carried out efficiently by Daryl and Steve, everything works perfectly with good pressure. An access hole was required to be cut into the hall ceiling for the tank blow off valve drain. Steve had pin point precision in locating the drain to be tapped into. They organised decorators to skim and paint the repair to as good as new. A top job.

My little pug felt very poorly in the middle of the night. We were incredibly worried and called chilworth vets. Within 15/20 mins we met Mario where he checked over my dog right away and made her feel calm and safe. They kept her over night, when we picked her up she was calm and seemed herself again! Since she is now being medicated and the staff are straight on the phone with additional support anytime we call. Brilliant, friendly staff and the clinic is spotless and the kennels are in excellent condition! Best vets in southampton!

Really happy with the care and treatment all my dogs have received from Chilworth veterinary surgery. Andrei has been incredibly thorough managing an issue my elderly dog has had without the need for anything invasive. He also made him feel as relaxed as possible during visits and nothing has been too much trouble. Knowing that such great care is available 24/7 should we need it, gives me peace of mind. There are very few veterinary practices that now provide this in-house. I applaud them for doing things differently and have every confidence in them!
