Have recently had a back tooth root removed and an implant fitted by Dr Manish and his team at Dental Concepts. Was somewhat nervous beforehand but needn't have worried. The whole process was just so professional. The tooth root was removed and the implant fitted in the same 1 hour session with no pain at all during treatment and in the days after. The CT scan a week ahead of treatment enabled a template for the implant position to be made ensuring accuracy for the drilling. A couple of stitches were used where the root was removed and the gum is healing perfectly. The implant post and crown will be fitted in January to give the gum time to fully heal. Great job so far and will update review after my crown is fitted.

I was faced with a dental emergency when my crown suddenly came loose, heightened by my concerns about a potential gum infection that I'd been grappling with. Fortunately, I crossed paths with Dr. Manish and his dedicated team, and from that point onwards, I knew I was in capable hands. Through several visits, which included dental surgery and a bone graft, the results are fantastic. I now have a beautiful porcelain implant and crown that have not only resolved my initial concerns but have also enhanced my smile. I can't express enough gratitude to Dr. Manish and his team for their expertise, professionalism, and commitment to delivering outstanding results. By far the best experience I’ve had at a dentist. Everyone was so lovely and accommodating. I had to get my top two wisdom teeth removed and I am terrified of needles and the pain when injecting the anaesthetic, and they all walked me through it and made me feel at ease, and the extraction was also really easy and straightforward. 10/10 definitely recommend, my whole family goes here and we always have amazing experiences!

I started seeing Dr Manish Chitnis at Dental Concepts as I wished to have my teeth straightened by Invisalign which is a service not offered by my regular dentist. The straightening of my teeth has taken around 17 months to complete as Dr Manish and I wanted to achieve the best outcome possible. Dr Manish also performed root canal treatment on a problematical tooth which later needed to be removed. Whenever I have requested to see him for any reason, even in an emergency when I had an abscess, he has been accommodating in fitting me in with an appointment. Dr Manish's dental nurse Elllie is always cheerful, friendly and helpful and is always able to put me at ease when I am feeling anxious. I would highly recommend this practice.

First impression was a really friendly greeting by the receptionist who saw to me really quickly. My treatment could have been explained to me on check in as I forgot what I was coming for. Maybe my fault but to offer a subtle reminder would be a good touch. I’m a private user so I can only compare to other private dentistry. What I can say is that I have never been over sold any treatment. Mr Lockyer is extremely fair and 💯 honest. Totes magotes recommend this practice 👌🏻

Really pleased with the work carried out to install 2 x extractors and a PIV unit. The work was much more involved than first thought, and the poor guy was working in our loft on the hottest day of the year! But he returned a second day to finish up and the original price was honoured. A pleasure having you in our home and feeling the benefits of the extractors and PIV as soon as they were turned on!

I have been seeing Michael for a long while now so this review is long overdue! I'm a very nervous client so finding a new dentist was daunting, as I had an anazimg dentist in London and I did not ever think he could be replaced until I met Michael, he managed to exceed all my expectations and more. Recently he extracted my upper wisdom tooth, which I can honestly say I felt no pain throughout my tooth extracton or after my tooth extraction, I did not even require any pain killers at all. Actually I called in the day after saying is it normal to not feel any pain what so ever?! as this seemed not right to me :) All I can say is what a perfect extraction!! Not only is Michael talented at his job, he also really cares about his client's and he really listens to any concerns you may have. Always a pleasant experience. From the receptionist to Michael welcoming and put at ease. Michael is very gentle and explains everything. I felt 'in charge" as able to stop just by raising my hand (which I didn't need to do) I would highly recommend this dental practice. My daughter and her small children are wanting to attend as Michael is so good with children. Surgery and waiting area are spotlessly clean. I no longer dread my visits since seeing Michael.

This has been my dental practise for a few years and where I've undergone the most difficult of denistry work in my life. I'm an oldie so the first time I remember going to a dentist was 70 years ago. Farid's surgery is a welcoming bright affair which is far removed from the dismal dentists of the 1950s. Farid has done a lot of work renewing for me 40 and 50 year-old fillings and performing an extremely long procedure where it was necessary to remove a 35 year old cracked root canal filling with the added complication that my own bone had grown over part of the filling. The work was finalised by filling that gap with an implant along with a second implant. He has been so thorough and it's not been quick work. He has constantly checked progress never rushing and given plenty of time for my gum to settle, testing for bone strength, adding bone where necessary doing umpteen x-rays, photographing with a 'thing' I've never seen before. Shall we say I don't think it would have been possible to be any more thorough in any way. Farid's team were himself and always 2 of his assistants in my procedures and all are clearly professional and competent with Farid constantly issuing soft speedy instructions many times a minute which gave me confidence throughout the many hours of complicated dentistry work I've had done. Even with the 2+hour long procedure to remove the root canal filling which my own bone had grown over, there was no aftermath pain other than needing a few paracetamols for a few days and salt water washes. I completely recommend this dental practise and thank all the charming team for making it as pleasurable as dentistry can be.

The Park Dental Practice people never fail to impress me with their prompt, friendly and professional attention to my teeth. I've been a patient with the practice for well over 50 years and, although I no longer live in Poole, I have no intention of going elsewhere. I was slightly disappointed that my 1:30/2:00pm appointments had been switched, but it didn't affect my ability to get to my next, 3pm appointment; this thanks to the kind invitation of a fellow patient who volunteered to swap her 2pm slot.
