I picked Steve because he was top of checkatrade. He is very quick at diagnosing and correcting problems. His charges are fair, transparent and combined with speed, excellent value for money. He is very straight talking and professional. Probably the best plumber I have come across in 25 years. The only problem- he is busy and you have to be prepared to wait for a slot.
Steve came over today to give a quote for some works. He went into such detail when explaining what the works would require, and the same day he sent a very detailed summary of our conversation. A great introduction to a professional, genuine guy. Thank you!
