I honestly could not rate Jo at Love & Lace highly enough! If I could give her more than 5 stars then believe me, I would! Hers was the second bridal shop that we went to and I was feeling really anxious and worried that I was never going to be able to find “the one”. Our first experience of dress shopping was mind boggling, rushed and I was made to try on soooooo many dresses that I really had no interest in and did not like, I came away feeling so anxious and sick to my stomach, feeling like I couldn’t handle the stress! So walking into our second appointment I believed that this was what wedding dress shopping was like! BOY WAS I WRONG! From the second we walked in Jo was warm and welcoming and so easy to get along with, immediately putting me at ease. She gave me the time and space to look at and try on dresses that I liked at the same time as using her expertise to guide me in the right direction. It didn’t take us long to find THE ONE! Jo made the entire process from start to finish a kind, warm and welcoming one. Just how I had always dreamed my wedding dress shopping experience would be. Today, I collected my dress and could honestly not be happier that I chose Jo and Love & Lace to make this day happen and I can’t wait to send Jo lots of pictures of the beautiful dress when I get to wear it in May 🥰🥰 thank you so much Jo, you have been AMAZING!

Today I said yes to the dress! From the moment I walked into Love and Lace, Jo immediately put me at ease and made me feel very special. She listened intently to the sorted of dress I wanted and helped me find my dream dress. Not only is Jo clearly an expert in her profession, she also has such a warm-hearted nature and a wonderful sense of humour which absolutely made this whole experience. Had an appointment today with Jo & Grace. It was my first wedding dress shop to try dresses on and I found my first perfect dress from here! 😍 I could not have asked for 2 more caring, welcoming and kind ladies who made me feel SO comfortable and listened to during the whole appointment. They both had all the time in the world for me and explained absolutely everything. I am head over heels for my dress and I look forward to seeing you both again for my fitting! 🤍🤩😍👰🏻

I chose Jo at Love and Lace Bridal initially as she stocked the dress I loved. I then looked at the reviews and saw how good they were and felt really happy with my choice. I arrived with my 3 bridesmaids and from the first minute Jo was so friendly, polite, professional and put me at ease as I was quite nervous. Jo asked questions to get to know me and what I wanted better and picked out 6 amazing dresses to try on. I am not so confident about the way I look at the moment but I can honestly say that Jo made me feel so relaxed and calm about that within seconds of being in the changing room, (which is lovely and big for even the biggest dress!) I tried them all on and at the end tried my 2 favourite on again, and then I picked the one! There was no pressure whatsoever and I was left to talk to my bridesmaids alone. I didn’t once feel rushed through the whole appointment. And another thing I felt was so professional, was that when I had picked my dress, Jo took my measurements. Not once did she say these out loud, she wrote them on a notepad and showed me, and I was so grateful for that. Nothing that would be considered private was spoke out loud. Jo is a lovely lady, and is amazing at what she does. If you are looking for a dress, then don’t hesitate to book with her!

Had an absolutely fabulous experience at Love & Lace Bridal. I was ever so nervous and didn’t enjoy the experience of trying on dresses as it was way out my comfort zone! However Jo made me feel so comfortable every step and took the time to listen to me and comfort me. Jo was brilliant at choosing dresses for me, she listened to what I wanted and what I didn’t want. We were also given free rein over dresses that I or my family wished for me to try on. Overall, after picking up my dress today. I can honestly say, the experience was brilliant and I cannot be more thankful to Jo for this. I would encourage anyone to shop here for your gowns if you are nervous or want a 1-on-1 consultation in a smaller, well stocked shop! I have found my dream dress! Thank you Jo❤️
