Simba our cat had to be seen in an emergency ,sadly he had to be put to sleep, such a heart breaking time made so peaceful and no rushing and very helpful vet(sorry I can't remember her name)guide us through the process ,gave us ample time to say goodbye, every visit to this practice has always been a good experience, staff are always cheerful and smiling, thankyou for taking care of simba.

Honest, compassionate, understanding and human at such a difficult time for us it was important to be amongst people that could support us in what we faced and to show us love and support.
