We very sadly lost our little dog two weeks ago. The Vet who tended to him was so lovely. She explained exactly what could possibly be done & the alternative. She was very kind & understanding. We chose to have our best friend cremated & that was taken care by the Vets surgery. We received a beautiful card & a pack of forget me not seeds from them in the post & we got his ashes back a week later. Cannnot fault them at all. All the staff there were so kind. We're very grateful to them for all they've done.
Hugo is a very timid dog and we thought he would be nervous and hesitant about coming in, but the atmosphere was very calming and the staff were all extremely caring.
We will have no hesitation about Broken Cross remaining Hugo's regular vets.

I have a very nervous dog and when she goes to the vets they arrange times when it's quiet so she can be relaxed and happy. She is an old dog now and the vets are very gentle with her. I can't praise them enough. Which is why I've been using them for over 20 years for all of my animals
All Vetrinary Nurses Vets and admin staff at BCVS are all very welcoming . We have been using the practice for over six years and are happy in the knowledge that our dog Alfie receives the very best of care . Very happy 😊 to recommend the practice to our families and friends.
