Anna came to our home within an hour or so of me calling her even though it was Sunday. She was very patient, supportive & explained what was going to happen. She even dealt with taking him to the pet crematorium for us.
It was one of the hardest decisions we've ever had to make after having our Barney for over 14 years bringing him home at 8 weeks old so thank you Anna for making it as quick & easy as it possibly could be

We cannot thank Anna enough for the caring and professional way she put our dear Tilly to sleep. She was so very kind making the whole experience more bearable and having her come to our home felt the right way to say goodbye to our much loved Tilly. It is an amazing service and thank you Anna for your compassion.

Thursday 6th February, we said our goodbyes to our special disabled frenchie Henry. Anna made our final goodbyes, so calm, peaceful. I found Anna was so gentle, kind and compassionate throughout our final time with Henry. Henry's sister , myself and my daughter are now able to grieve our loss. 🐾 Anna sent a beautiful card with such lovely words, which was such a lovely thing to do.

A truly lovely lady. Anna made Lucy's final moments calm and peaceful. Nothing was to much trouble. Everything was explained before and she made a heartbreaking experience just a little bit easier. Thank you Anna for your kindness we couldn't have asked for anyone better. 🌈❤️

I wanted to say a big thank you to Anna. We like most of you reading this had to make a tough decision about our little soldier Rambo. This was the most devastating thing we have ever done and we knew of Anna as she treated Rambo a few years and she has a gift with animals and people. She was compassionate professional and so sensitive to our anguish. We were thankful that she came to our home and our little boy went to sleep in his favourite spot. It was very dignified for our boy and we knew we were doing the right thing by our son Rambo. She spoke softly to Rambo and he was not distressed and after his sad passing Anna kept in touch and checking on us which she did not have to do. She is caring and genuinely concerned about everyone’s welfare, and a true professional. She also helped us with the cremation and we trusted her choice of pet crematorium they were very good also. I know if you are reading this nothing will prepare you for the tsunami of grief that is about to hit you and your family, but Anna understands this.
