Spot on!!! , Faced with a bit of a nightmare job. The lads explained everything that needed doing. Some times a bit brutal, but they were honest and very clear. Every time I asked questions ( about 12!! )when they were mid job, they took 5 minutes to explain again and again haha! Will be having them back 100% for any further I might need.

New upvc soffits, fascias, gutters, downpipes, removal of old valleys and replacement with maintenance free dry valleys, felt support trays with ventilation and pest guards, gable end caps. Coped with added workload and poor weather admirably well. Very pleased, would recommend.

As I live away from Scunthorpe I wanted someone reliable to put a new roof on my mother's garage. I contacted Steve and he agreed to meet when I was visiting to discuss the job and provide a quote. Despite atrocious weather Steve completed the job in the promised 3 days. The quality of his work is excellent and the customer service first class. I will happily recommend Steve.

I have just had my garage roof replaced by Steve. What a professional from start to finish. Turned up to give a quote on time. Turned up to do the job on time. An absolutely brilliant job from start to finish. Steve never stopped from the second he arrived - I did not even have to supply endless cups of tea. The end result was as promised and he didn't leave any mess. I would highly recommend and would use again if I had another garage.

Ric from Platinum Facias did exactly what he said he would, he turned up on time, fitted the facias, guttering and dry verges to both gable ends. He left the site clean and tidy and was professional at all times. Any repairs that were needed to the original woodwork were carried out as necessary, prior to replacing the facia board. Why can’t all trades people be like this? What a refreshing change!!

We had many quotes for our fascias and soffits job we had done on our house and found the price fair. Sam the guy who came round to do the quote was professional and straight up and honest. We agreed on a price there and then after he did the quote in 5 minutes. None of this rubbish I will get back to you in a few days. Sam is very experienced and this showed. Gutters and fascias are one of those areas that are so easy to overlook as a homeowner. But having been left with water damage in our brickwork partly due to leaky gutters, we knew that our 1980s gutters needed replacing when renovating. This job was sadly needed more urgently after our gutters were hanging off after a flat roof installation. This had also resulted in a terrible racket during heavy rainfall.
